I help people who have either been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect they have ADHD understand more about this condition and their unique brains. Through coaching, they are able to become more aware of how having ADHD may affect how they function in their current day to day life as well as how it has played a role throughout their entire lives. I help them see how treating and supporting their ADHD is more than just finding tips and tricks to be more productive (though we do work together to find strategies that better support the way their brain works) it's about shifting how they view themselves and disrupting the harmful narratives and core beliefs they have developed about themselves that have been shaped by the struggles they have experienced in a world NOT set up for a neurodiverse brain.
