By purchasing or accessing any GrowSesh bundle, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, purchasers, and participants who access GrowSesh content, including videos, audios, written materials, and guided experiences.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the content.
All content provided through GrowSesh is for educational and personal growth purposes only.
GrowSesh does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or therapeutic services. The content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Nothing on the platform should be considered professional advice or a substitute for working with a licensed healthcare or mental health provider.
GrowSesh partners with licensed and non licensed practitioners, including therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals, who contribute educational content and guided experiences.
All practitioners provide general educational tools, frameworks, and practices based on their training and experience. Participation in any session does not create a therapist client relationship, medical provider relationship, or ongoing professional duty of care between you and any practitioner featured on the platform.
Practitioners are not responsible for individual outcomes, interpretations, or actions taken by users.
By participating in GrowSesh content, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well being.
You agree to engage only in practices that feel safe and appropriate for your body and nervous system. You understand that you may pause, modify, or stop any experience at any time.
If you have medical conditions, mental health concerns, or questions about whether a practice is appropriate for you, you agree to consult a qualified professional before participating.
Results vary from person to person. GrowSesh makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, emotional shifts, or changes in behavior, mindset, health, or life circumstances.
Accessing the bundle does not guarantee specific results or transformations.
Purchasing a bundle grants you personal, non transferable access to the content for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, resell, record, download, or otherwise exploit any GrowSesh content for commercial or non commercial purposes without written permission.
All content on the GrowSesh platform, including videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, branding, and materials, is the intellectual property of GrowSesh LLC or its content contributors.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Due to the digital nature of the bundles and immediate access to content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be provided once access has been granted.
GrowSesh LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and content contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the platform or its content.
By using GrowSesh, you agree to release and hold harmless GrowSesh and all practitioners from any claims related to your participation.
GrowSesh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Any private coaching, therapy, consulting, or professional relationship entered into between a user and a practitioner featured on the GrowSesh platform is entirely separate from GrowSesh LLC.
GrowSesh does not manage, oversee, supervise, or participate in any private agreements, services, communications, payments, or outcomes between users and practitioners.
If you choose to work privately with a practitioner, that relationship is solely between you and the practitioner. GrowSesh is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible or liable for any services provided, advice given, or results experienced within those independent relationships.
All terms, boundaries, confidentiality, fees, and professional responsibilities related to private services are governed exclusively by the agreement between the user and the practitioner.
