Breathe Into the Back Body + TVA Connection
This workshop teaches you how to shift breath and pressure out of the front of your body and into the back for deeper calm and stronger internal support. Through simple postures and props, you’ll relearn how your diaphragm and TVA work together, explore gentle posterior expansion, and try a subtle “vacuum lift” that reconnects you to your inner stability. You’ll leave understanding how breath and posture shape each other and how to access steadiness through smaller, quieter breaths.

Sip the Season - Understanding herbal healing and herbs for immunity.
